Telephone: Call for appointment; Each person will need to complete an assessment with one of the case managers to be considered for financial assistance.

- Offers financial assistance (utilities, rent, etc.) on a case by case basis for those in ELANCO
- Offer case management for those in ELANCO with low resources and make referrals when appropriate.
- Transportation ministry available for those in ELANCO who need access to medical or educational (school meetings) appointments.
- Mobile clothing closet offering free clothing during the scheduled community meals.
