Offers instruction to assist individuals to achieve their independent living goals. Examples of areas of instruction are money management, basic computer skills, cooking, how to use public transit, resume building, etc.

Provides services to individuals with disabilities in Western Pennsylvania. Offers advocacy, peer support, skills training, information and referral, and de-institutionalization/nursing home transition. Offers a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) reuse program. Direct personal care is provided to veterans and clients with intellectual disabilities, as well as those with Waivers and those who opt for private pay.
