Adults age 21+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities who have waiver funding through the Office of Developmental Programs.
Hours
Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Application process
Families and Supports Coordinators can email referrals or call for inquiries or additional information.
Fees
Accepts funding through the Office of Development Programs.
