Provide weatherization and home improvements for income-eligible homeowners and renters to reduce energy costs and improve comfort through:
  • State-funded Weatherization Assistance Program
  • FirstEnergy WARM Program
  • UGI Low Income Usage Reduction Program
  • LIHEAP Crisis Program in Lehigh and Northampton counties
Weatherization jobs include air sealing, insulating attics and basements and exterior walls, caulking, weather-stripping, repairing doors and windows, installing, venting, and testing bath fans and kitchen exhaust hoods, and other necessary improvements based on the home assessment recommendations. The LIHEAP program repairs or replaces heating systems in cold weather emergencies.
