Prince of Peace Center - Crisis Intervention

Provides emotional and financial support for those in crisis. Assessment conducted by crisis specialists to determine client needs. Provides eviction and utility termination assistance and referrals to other in-house services. Assistance is based on available funding.

Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 4:00pm Friday, 9:00 to 3:00pm Limited hours are available for drop-in appointments on Wednesdays, 10:0am to 12:00pm (noon), and 1:00pm to 3:00pm.

Call for appointment. Drop-in day is Wednesday, from 10:00am to 12:00pm (noon), and 1:00pm to 3:00pm.

Fee

Services provided free of charge.

Serves primarily residents in Mercer County with low incomes.

The Prince of Peace Center provides support and offers opportunities to strengthen families, building community, and reducing poverty throughout all of Mercer County through their various services. Teaches the skills and provides the tools necessary for people to help themselves and each other. Operates a thrift store, provides volunteer opportunities, food services, and emergency assistance for those facing eviction and utility shut-offs.
