Assists those seeking wishing to adopt, place for adoption or find out more information about their adoption. Birth parents receive counseling to explore options in making an informed decision about their child. Families interested in adopting a child are guided through a comprehensive home study evaluation process.
Adoption program staff also assist adult adoptees and birth parents of adult adoptees who are interested in initiating a search in order to locate and reconnect with one another.

Administers programs dedicated to serving men, women, and children in need, including residential treatment programs for at-risk children, family preservation services, foster care, adoption, immigration services, counseling, senior citizen centers, programming for the elderly, transitional housing, homeless services, and care for medically fragile men and women.
Additionally provides residential and community-based education programs to court-adjudicated youth, and sponsor residential and community-based care for persons who are developmentally delayed.
