To receive help: A) Apply between December 3, 2025, and May 8, 2026 B) Meets income requirements, which are set based on your household size C) Either rent or own your home D) You do not need to be on another public assistance program or have unpaid heating bills to qualify

Helps low-income families pay their heating bills. Offers assistance in the form of a cash grant, a one-time payment sent directly to the utility company/fuel provider. These grants range from $200 to $1,000 based on household size, income, and fuel type. Crisis grants may be available to those in emergency situations or in jeopardy of being without heat.
