Eligibility

Must be renting, (Must state in the lease that interruption of services will result in eviction) must have employment/income (child support is considered income and so is cash assistance but they must have a positive budget), must reside in Blair County.

Application process

Call Blair County community Action, select homeless department, to be placed on the referral list. The utility department will receive the referral. The utility department will call the individual back.
