Eligibility

Chester County residents in the specified zip codes who do not qualify for the County's Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP). Utilities, rent, or mortgage payment in arrears or due within five days All other resources must be used up Live in the residence and be responsible for paying for the utilities, rent, or mortgage Assistance must guarantee 30 more days of utility service or continued stay in the residence.

Application process

Call for initial screening. Following screening, eligible applicants must submit required documents by e-mail or fax, or drop them off in person if unable to access the necessary technology to submit by other means.
