All applicants must hold a baccalaureate or tertiary (postsecondary) degree conferred prior to the start of the semester of admission from a degree-granting insitution that is officially recognized in the country in which it operates.

Application fees range between $30 and $85, depending on the applicant. They are nonrefundable. Tuition varies by program. Scholarships and financial aid are available.
