Regional Housing Legal Services
Strives to build self-sufficient communities by providing legal expertise and technical assistance services to nonprofit community-based organizations that: A) Develop affordable housing B) Stimulate neighborhood revitalization C) Pursue economic development programs. In addition to providing legal services, RHLS promotes collaborative solutions by assisting other legal services organizations and convening supporters of affordable housing as needed to maximize the efficacy of Pennsylvania's affordable housing and community development programs.
