Monroeville: Tuesday, 5:00pm to 8:00pm 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month, 9:00am to 12:00pm Penn Hills: Thursday, 5:45pm to 8:30pm 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Saturday of the month, 9:30am to 12:00pm

Focus Population

  • Low Income
Provides free primary care, chronic disease management, lab tests, diabetic supplies, physical exams, patient education materials, and spiritual counseling for unemployed and working low-income individuals and families who cannot afford private health insurance. The health care center is not an emergency center.

Provides medical services including school physicals, well child checks, diagnosis and treatment of acute conditions. Also serves clients with chronic medical conditions and offers referrals to comprehensive/specialist services.
