Adult men age 18 and older who have a history of drug and alcohol abuse and are experiencing homelessness

Description

Provides supportive transitional housing. Participants receive subsidized food, lodging, individualized case management, service plans, mental health guidance and treatment, relapse prevention counseling, structured life skills training, anger management counseling, as well as career and educational counseling. Length of stay is up to 18 months.
