Description
The District Attorney's Office is responsible for the prosecution of crimes in Lackawanna County and also administering programs aimed at the prevention of crime. Lackawanna County’s District Attorney, oversees several units in the DA’s Office, they include: Detective Unit Domestic Violence Child Abuse Sexual Assault Drug Unit D.U.I.
