Description

Offers low-interest and no-interest home improvement loans to eligible homeowners within eligible areas of Allegheny County. Emergency/Priority Improvement Loans are available for the repair or correction of a code violation or emergency condition that presents a health and safety hazard (examples: roof or furnace replacement). General Improvement Loans are available for the purpose of completing general or multiple home improvements.
