A) 18 years of age minimum
B) Diagnosed with a primary mental health disorder
C) Active consumers of a Base Service Unit
D) Ready to plan for the future and have goals to attain
E) Foresee independent life in the community

- Mental Illness
Provides housing supports to adults with mental illness and co-occurring disorders in the community through 24-hour residential care.
The program aids participants in developing functional skills to support successful community living; focusing on self-care, independent living skills, medication management, interpersonal skills, and home and community safety. Participants are provided with the level of support necessary to be safe and healthy at home and in their community.
