Via of the Lehigh Valley - Employment Services
Provides job development, job coaching and follow-along support to adults with disabilities so they can work in the community. This service is available to any adult who is motivated to work for wages in a competitive job. Via focuses on career planning and helps adults with disabilities as they move into the workforce. Through School-to-Work Transition Services, Via works with students, in partnership with their school districts and the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation to create a personalized employment plan and explore careers of interest.

Serving the community since 1952, Via's staff help individuals and families from birth through retirement to gain life skills, obtain meaningful employment and develop social connections. Works in partnership with Via Events, Inc. and the Via Foundation, Inc. to accomplish these goals with community partners. Via provides children, adults and their families services that facilitate developmental and educational opportunities, as well as personal choice of career, home, leisure and retirement. Via advocates for inclusion of all people with disabilities within schools, neighborhoods and communities, personal relationships, and employment. Via builds communities that provide equal access to appropriate developmental services so people have friends who care and relationships that are rich and meaningful; enjoy a rewarding career of their choice; and are connected to the resources of their community.
