Parents as Teachers (PAT) Program
Home visit program for children, ages birth to 5, and their parents. Pre-natal services are also available. Provides an evidence-based home visiting model which stresses the importance of a parent's role as the primary teacher for their child. Home visits take place one time a month. Home visits include lessons in parenting skills and education as well as information and referrals for other identified needs in the household. No eligiblity requirements apply and enrollment is free. Agency referrals and self referral are accepted.
