Description

Provides free resource coordination, training, and one-to-one advocacy support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families. The program is based on four main pillars: Collaboration, Education, Empowerment, and Self-Advocacy. Through these, they connect with and support individuals, families, and community partners in their navigation of the IDD systems in a way that meets their needs now and into the future. The three main programs are: * Resource Coordination * One-to-One Advocacy * Webinar Trainings
