Provides an office-based treatment for mental health. Services may take the form of individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions. Outpatient providers work with the individual and/or family to determine goals for treatment and collaborate to create a Treatment Plan. This treatment plan guides the sessions which may include psychoeducation, gaining self-awareness and insight, expressing emotions effectively, symptom management and skill building, improving communication and/or interpersonal skills.
