Redirects first-time, low-level juvenile offenders away from formal court processing. Terms and conditions include probation supervision, payment of supervision fee, restoration of the victim, and any other services deemed necessary to address risk or needs of the youth. Participating youth are supervised by the Community Specialist. After successful completion of the diversion program, the alleged charges are dismissed.
Receives and investigates all complaints and allegations of delinquency; conducts inquiry into said allegations, and processes referrals.
