School-age students in Sharpsburg, Etna, Millvale, Shaler, Blawnox. YEP is also serving students in the East End of Pittsburgh (Homewood, East Liberty, Wilkinsburg, Larimer, East Liberty, East Hills, Lincoln).

Provides a free out-of-school time program and summer enrichment camp. Designed to promote positive youth development, YEP prioritizes youth voice and choice in a safe space that provides enriching activities and fosters healthy connections between youth and adults.

Operates programs serving persons with disabilities; children and youth; individuals and families in emergency situations; those in need of employment; older adults, families, and couples on fixed incomes; individuals with severe and chronic mental illness; infants, children, and adolescents who have been abused, neglected, and/or exploited; children dealing with behavioral challenges and educational deficits; pregnant teens and teenage mothers; as well as children of incarcerated parents and their families.
