Provides residential facilities and educational programs for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Provides medical care; social services; vocational training; physical, occupational, and recreational therapy; special education; and speech and hearing services. Also operates community group homes, family living programs, and home-based support services throughout Dauphin and Lebanon county.
