Description
Provides free, one-to-one and small group instruction in reading, writing, math or English as a Second Language to adults who wish to improve basic skills. Tutoring sessions may be held at any public location such as a library, church, community center, or recreation hall.

Empowers adults through education. Programs include basic skills instruction, English for speakers of other languages, high school equivalency preparation, career awareness/exploration and career pathways learning. All services are free.
