Eligibility
Families with children who require case management for various physical and behavioral health services. Families in Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Washington, and Westmoreland counties may be eligible for services, but must be referred through their county.
Hours
Monday through Thursday, 7:00am to 8:00pm Friday, 7:00am to 5:30pm

Allegheny County residents may self-refer for this service. Call for information.
