Eligibility

• Migrant Children: under the age of compulsory school attendance whose family changed their residence by moving within the last 24 months from one geographic location to another, either intrastate or interstate, for the purpose of engaging in agricultural work that involves the production and harvesting of field and tree crops, and whose family income comes primarily from this activity, and whose family meet the income eligibility guidelines for Head Start. • Seasonal Children: under the age of compulsory school attendance whose family engages in agricultural work that involves the production and harvesting of field and tree crops, and whose family income comes primarily from this activity, and whose family meets the income eligibility guidelines for Head Start.
