Must meet HUD household income guidelines, have ability to make monthly mortgage payments, be a resident of Adams County for at least one year, and invest a minimum of 500 hours (250 hours for a single-adult family) working side-by-side with Habitat volunteers either constructing their home or other Habitat homes.
