Referrals accepted from the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, Washington County Base Services Unit, Center for Community Resources, or Fayette County Mental Health Provider. When referral has been received, the office will call the client to set up an appointment.
Fees
Services are provided free of charge, but require a referral from a partner agency.
