Application process
Applications can be picked up at the Family Services Office. Applications are not accepted on Fridays due to the Food Distribution. Client has 2 weeks to bring back application with all required documentation, if not the application is void and cannot apply again in 3 months. Applications must be returned during office hours.

Description
Provides limited financial aid (as funding is available) for partial rental assistance, first month's rent and water assistance in emergency situations on a case-by-case basis. Rent cannot be more than one month behind. Water cannot have a shut off notice or owe more than $500. Does not cover the full amount owed. One-time payment. Help with either rent or water not both at the same time. If individual receives assistance, then they will not qualify again for 2 years.
