Description
STARS 4 center provides subsidized and non-subsidized child care to children of parents who are working full time or who are enrolled in training or education programs. Center is located in Lancaster City. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided to children at the center. Parents must be employed, in a job training or GED program, or disabled. Private fee slots available for any children who are age eligible
