Offers the following family support services for families and parents of children with disabilities: A) Community Links: One-stop online source for parents and professionals provides 24/7 access to information about child development, family activities and events, and local resources in Central PA. To learn more, visit: http://www.community-links.net B) Family Activities: Provide families with ongoing informal networking and information-sharing opportunities with other families and social activities that allow families to relax and unwind in a safe environment. These include pool parties, family movie nights, and an annual Family Fun Fair. C) Information and Referral: identifying resources in the community to assist families with needs like special education, family support, disabilities, income maintenance, and basic human needs. D) Sibshops: A unique sibling support forum gives brothers and sisters of a child with a disability the opportunity to give and receive support and information in a fun, recreational setting.
