All sign-ups are in-person. Please bring the required paperwork with you to the office and knock on the door.

Eligibility
Children ages newborn up to and including age 12 years from Chestnut Hill, Eldred, Hamilton, Jackson, Ross and Polk Townships in Monroe County. Also must meet income requirements.
