Assists children from birth to 3 years of age who have or are at risk for developmental delays. Staff work with the child and their family to coordinate resources, services and support systems.

Offers Sanctuary-Modeled, trauma-informed therapeutic and rehabilitative services, such as comprehensive mental health, drug and alcohol, intellectual/developmental disability, and early intervention services.
