Provides Support Service Providers (SSPs), up to 10 hours monthly, for DeafBlind individuals in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Assists with navigating and communication for shopping, medical appointments, banking, amd meetings with others; dealing with mail, email, phone calls, and other communication; payment of bills; and support during travel, pursuit of employment, and community participation.

DeafCAN! is a social service program for Deaf and hard of hearing individuals and their families. DeafCAN! has case management contracts with Chester & Delaware counties, but also provides services in SE PA for those who are DeafBlind, inmates & returning citizens, and immigrants & refugees (the latter also in Central PA).
