Private Industry Council of Westmoreland/Fayette - Valor to Value - Veteran Program
Provides financial support to allow honorably discharged veterans and their spouses to pay for qualifying items and expenses while they are in training and/or seeking full-time employment. Participants may receive up to $3,300 in supportive services to assist with childcare, transportation, housing, work clothes, tools, utilities, and any work-based needs.

PIC operates over 20 programs within its three divisions: Early Childhood Education, Workforce Development and Education. PIC has strategically located offices throughout Beaver, Allegheny, Fayette and Westmoreland counties to assist children, youth, families, adults, dislocated workers and the disadvantaged in attaining educational achievement, supporting their family growth and obtaining and retaining employment.
