A) Be a 90 consecutive day resident of Mifflin or Juniata County
B) Be denied LIHEAP cash and crisis benefits, or for those 60 or older, have exhausted all LIHEAP cash and crisis benefits for the current heating season
C) Have received no financial assistance from Energy Bank within the last 24 months, except those 60 or older, may apply annually
D) Have adequate income to maintain household expenses in the upcoming 30 days
E) Have paid additional fees and copayment (those 60 and older are waived of copayment)
F) Have provided all requested information for verification
