To begin the intake process, submit an Appointment Request Form found on our website, and our Intake team will send the Intake documents needed. Once all documents are completed our Intake team will schedule your initial session with your counselor. Consecutive sessions are scheduled directly with the counselor.
$150 intake session; $125 consecutive sessions for full rate out of pocket. Offers reduced rate options for those in financial need. Also provides insurance billing and is in- Network with Aetna, Optum, Capital Blue, Highmark & Blue Cross Blue Shield plans.
