Shelter/Rehousing Program for single men and single women, 18 years and older, as well as potential to accept families. General stay is 3-5 months. Guests will receive case management for ensuring their transition from homelessness into permanent housing. Guests are required to complete a Housing Stabilization Plan and participate in the following services, 1) Life skill Classes, 2) Guests Meetings and 3) Case management meetings.
