Eligibility
Individuals with a mental health diagnosis, a level of functional impairment, risk factors, primary area of need(s), and the potential to benefit from and willingness to participate in services are eligible for TCM services. If a diagnosis is not available, a diagnostic interview is offered to the referred individual.
Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

  • Mental Illness
Assists clients in identifying, facilitating, and coordinating available services, and educating clients on available resources and how to access them. Provides assistance in all areas of the individual’s life, including housing, physical and mental health care, education, employment, and recreation. Also acts as a liaison between the client’s service providers.

Assists clients in accessing services and provides ongoing service coordination, supports coordination, case management services, monitoring, and support. Works to ensure clients are receiving the most appropriate and effective services available to meet their individualized needs. WCSI serves over 6,000 individuals residing in Westmoreland and surrounding counties who are in need of Behavioral Health, Intellectual Disability, and Early Intervention Services.
