Provides case management services to individuals or families who need assistance with food security, interpretation and translation, court processes in domestic, divorce, or child custody matters, finding employment and/or training, information for families on juvenile justice cases, completing higher education applications, and other systems navigation assistance.

Provides educational programs, social services and health access to Latino and other low income residents by empowering them to succeed and become productive members of society. Social services include: providing information and referrals on health, housing, citizenship and employment, acting as a liaison between families and schools, landlords, the court, and employers.
