Fees
Crisis intervention services are provided free of charge by ARCC for men, women, and children, and any who identify as survivors of domestic and/or sexual violence. All services are confidential.

Bradford, PA
Provides counseling on-site and off-site to meet the needs of an individual or family dealing with domestic violence, sexual violence, bullying, hate crimes, human trafficking, child abuse/neglect, elder abuse. In person as well as phone counseling are available.
