A) Anyone over 18 years of age who utilizes the social service system and has a desire to become more self-sufficient. B) Be willing to meet with the Case Manager for 2 hours each week, create short and long-term goals, and work diligently to reach those goals. c) May not abuse alcohol or drugs, be involved in physical abuse, or have been diagnosed with a mental illness.

Provides intensive, long-term case management to help people overcome the barriers (employment, marital or family issues, budgeting, housing, transportation, decision-making, etc.) that keep them from reaching their full potential. Offers weekly, private, 2-hour life coaching sessions, accountability, and guidance.
