Eligibility
Serves minority and underserved students who are United States citizens and have been residents of one of the counties served for at least one year. Minimum GPA: 2.0. Visit the website's Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page for additional requirements.

Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Interested students may: apply online OR print and complete a PDF copy of the application, and return it by fax, mail, or in person during regular office hours.

Offers multiple scholarships and grants for students in need of financial assistance to attend post-secondary programs, including colleges, universities, and technical and trade schools.

Offers college preparatory, mentoring, and tutoring services to low-income, minoritized students. Also provides supplemental financial aid program and "last dollar" financial assistance to African American students for continuing education in college or business or technical school.
