Operates two family resource centers, one at Hannah Penn K-8 in York City and one at our Hanover Hub at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, providing connections to resources. Offers services such as relationship-based support from a dedicated coach, referrals to community resources, events, and family engagement activities, access to computers and printers, a community clothing closet, and emergency food and household items.
