Individuals must receive Temporary Assistance for Needy Family (TANF) benefits and be referred by the local County Assistance Office.
Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Individuals are required to go through an orientation process to complete a "Full Family Assessment" and other program documents.
Services provided free of charge.

Focus Population
Provides individuals with intensive case management to assess and remediate their barriers to employment. Provides support to engage in training and activities to enhance and motivate them to actively seek employment opportunities.
Pittsburgh Community Services
Helps people move from where they are to achieve self-sufficiency and long-term stability. The agency is a designee for Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) funds, providing a range of services, including Case Management, addressing Social Determinants of Health, Career Services, and Reentry Services.
