Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm.

Description
Provides psychiatric rehabilitation services. Each individual is assisted in choosing personal goals and developing an Individual Rehabilitation Plan (IRP) that will aid in achieving the goals. Telehealth services are also provided.
