Eligibility

Applicants must live in an owner-occupied property in the City of Pittsburgh, lack the means to cut their own lawns, and meet one or more of the follow qualifications: A) Be 62 years or older B) Be a veteran C) Have a disability that prevents grass cutting D) Low income at or below 150% Federal Poverty Guidelines

Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:30pm 311 Response Center: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm Website: 24/7

Application process

Call 311 (if calling from inside the City) or 412-255-2621 (if calling from outside City limits), or visit the intake website to apply online. Applicants can also visit any Carnegie Library branch or Citiparks Healthy Active Living Center to request an application to return by mail.
