Eligibility

- Have a current active ACCESS (Medical Assistance/Medicaid) card - Resident - Need Transportation to get to a covered medical service from a provider who accepts the MA card

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm Transporation Hours: Monday through Friday, 4:00am to 12:00am Saturday, 4:00am to 12:00pm
