Provide advocacy that protects the health, safety, welfare and rights of individuals receiving long term care in a nursing home or personal care home. Assistance is available to mediate resident's concerns with nursing homes, personal care homes, assisted living facilities and community-based services. Trained staff and volunteers promote the program, visit residents and identify concerns.
