Call 211 or 855-567-5341 for screening by a Coordinated Entry Intake Specialist, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 7:45pm, Saturday, 11:00am to 6:45pm. If referred, must pass criminal background check, agree to a drug screening, and schedule an interview (1-2 hours long).
